Came to the White Hart for a birthday meal with friends. Ordered the haddock and chips which was nice, but the fish was a little overdone with batter, otherwise all was good. Nice atmosphere, very friendly service. Would go again, nice view from the window by the bridge.

What can I say, a great hotel overall. Very nice rooms which have a good size. Water, tea and coffee are also available in the room. The breakfast is good and the dishes you can choose from the menu are freshly prepared. The restaurant and especially the kitchen team deserve a big compliment, the food is really fantastic. The staff also deserve a compliment, everyone is super friendly and helpful. All in all, we can only say that we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. I have already booked again for next year.

Came here for dinner (without booking). Extremely friendly and attentive service and lovely food! Very reasonable prices and it was decorated beautifully inside and out for Christmas. Dog friendly in the bar area, and there were tables available for food or to just sit and have a relaxed drink.
